At REDCON1, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
